WHAT’S LCS TELADOC’S DOCTOR ON CALL PROGRAM?

LCS TELADOC  is a nationwide network of highly qualified doctors who can diagnose, recommend treatment, and prescribe medication, when necessary through the use of telephone consultations.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST WHEN I USE THE SERVICE?

All consultations are FREE OF CHARGE regardless of the number of calls, provided that your membership is current.


HOW LONG MUST I WAIT BEFORE I CAN USE THE SERVICE?

You can start using LCS TELADOC’s Doctor On Call Service the next day after your enrollment is completed.


HOW DO I USE LCS TELADOC’S DOCTOR-ON-CALL SERVICE?

  1. Call the consultation phone number to speak with a licensed physician for any non-emergency medical situation or question.
  2. Choose English or Spanish speaking medical agents.
  3. The Doctor consults with you, diagnoses your problem, and if necessary calls in a prescription to your pharmacy.

*Video is now an integral part of our platform. Diagnosing illnesses over the phone can be difficult, but a video consultation (available in select states) gives your physician more information.


ARE PREEXISTING CONDITIONS INCLUDED?

Since LCS TELADOC’s Doctor On Call service is NOT INSURANCE, all pre-existing conditions are accepted.


CAN OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS USE MY LCS TELADOC CARD?

Yes, all family members residing within the household are able to take full advantage of LCS TELADOC’s Doctor On Call service.

WHAT IS THE LCS TELADOC CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel your LCS TELADOC Doctor on Call membership at any time, and for any reason. Simply contact us to cancel your membership and we will work with you to complete the short cancellation process.


WHAT IS THE LCS TELADOC REFUND POLICY?

You may cancel your membership and receive a pro-rated  refund at anytime, provided you give notice 7 days prior to your renewal by sending an email to this address: info@leocardservices.com or by calling 1-844 782-8111
